In the interview, Luna told host Joe Rogan that such entities “can actually operate through the time spaces.” She added that, without discussing classified conversations, there were “very credible” witnesses who reported “movement outside of time and space.”

Earlier this year, Luna, a University of West Florida biologist, and Rep.
