In the recorded exchange, McCarthy also said, laughing, that “The Russians hacked the DNC and got the opp research that they had on Trump,” and Ryan asked who the Russians “delivered” the information to.

After McCarthy’s remark about Putin “paying” Trump and Rohrabacher, Speaker Paul Ryan said “No leaks, alright?,” and added “This is how we know we’re a real family here,” with Rep.
